Office for the Promotion of European research Activities

A4U is an alliance between a group of four leading Spanish public universities from Barcelona and Madrid that aims at enhancing international academic excellence through joint actions in the areas related to research projects and international mobility. In 2009, A4U universities joined forces to etablish a permanent Office for the promotion of European Research activities (OPERA) in Brussels.
